Return & Refund Policy

Every order is carefully packed by our licensed pharmacist and inspected before dispatch. Please read our return policy below.

In short: We do NOT accept general returns or exchanges

Every product is packed with care, checked for expiry, and inspected for defects before shipping. Because medicines and health products are sensitive by nature, we can only accept returns in a few exceptional cases — described below.

Why we don't accept general returns

  • Careful packing & inspection

    Every order is packed by hand and cross-checked against the invoice. We do not dispatch damaged or defective items.

  • Expiry-date verification

    We check every strip and bottle for expiry date before packing. Only fresh stock is shipped.

  • Genuine products only

    All medicines and health products are sourced from authorized manufacturers or distributors. No fakes, no seconds.

  • Medicine safety regulations

    Under Indian pharmacy law (Drug License RLF21DL2025003179), medicines that have left our licensed premises cannot be resold — for your safety and everyone else's.

When we DO accept returns or exchanges

In the rare event any of the following happens, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged in transit

Broken bottle, torn strip, crushed box, or physical damage clearly caused during shipping.

Expired or near-expiry

Product delivered with less than 30 days shelf life (or already expired). Rare, but we make it right.

Wrong product delivered

You received a different product than what you ordered (SKU mismatch or incorrect variant).

How to request a return (in exceptional cases)

    Call or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery

    Contact us on +91 79825 44355 (10 AM – 9 PM). Later reports may not qualify because we cannot verify the condition after too much time has passed.

    Send clear photos of the issue

    Take well-lit photos showing: (a) the damage or expiry printed on the pack, (b) the outer packaging you received, and (c) the invoice slip. Send them on WhatsApp.

    Pharmacist verification call

    Our pharmacist Komal will review your photos and may call you to confirm details. This is to protect against fraudulent claims — genuine cases are approved quickly.

    Approval + return arrangement

    If your claim is verified as genuine, we approve the return. Depending on the case, we'll arrange a pickup or ask you to keep the product (some low-value items).

    Refund or replacement processed

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method OR credited to your Rajdhani Medicos wallet (your choice). Replacements are delivered same-day / next-day depending on stock.

What is NOT eligible for return

The following are always non-returnable, per Indian pharmacy regulations and standard e-commerce practice:

  • Change-of-mind returns — "I don't need it anymore" or "I ordered by mistake" do not qualify
  • Opened products — Once the outer seal or blister strip is opened/tampered, we cannot accept it back
  • Cold-chain items — Insulin, vaccines, and refrigerated products cannot be returned once handled by the customer
  • Products past the 24-hour window — Claims made after 24 hours of delivery are usually not accepted, except for genuine damage discovered later
  • Cosmetics & personal care used items — Opened shampoo, lotions, oils, or beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Baby food & formula (opened) — Once opened, cannot be returned for safety reasons
  • Products purchased with discount coupons of > 50% — Case-by-case; usually not eligible for refunds beyond the coupon-adjusted amount

Refund methods

Rajdhani Medicos Wallet (Fastest — same day)

We can credit the refund to your wallet immediately. Use it on any future order. Never expires.

Original payment method (5–7 working days)

UPI / card / net banking refunds go through your bank. Timing depends on your bank's policy.

Order cancellation policy

  • Before order is packed: You can cancel any order for free. Full refund processed within 5–7 days.
  • ⚠️ After packing, before dispatch: Call us immediately — we may still be able to cancel.
  • After dispatch: Once the order is with our delivery partner or on its way, we cannot cancel. Please refuse delivery at the door if you no longer want the order.
  • COD orders refused at delivery repeatedly: May result in your account being flagged from placing future COD orders.

Need to request a return?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Our pharmacist verifies every case personally — genuine claims are approved quickly.
